Inspiration deepens your engagement with your work. As you become more inspired, you develop a powerful drive that pulls you to achieve your full potential. This pursuit of excellence leads to a feeling of fulfillment, making external rewards and competition superficial. But being open to inspiration demands an open mind and an active approach. You need to be alert and prepared to welcome inspiration. It often comes from exposing yourself to ideas or having conversations. So limiting yourself from exploring can hold back your potential. Some work has to be done. You can't just sit down and expect to be inspired. As Louis Pasteur eloquently puts it: "Inspiration is the impact of a fact on a well-prepared mind." More action breeds more inspired moments.
