We often value consistency for good reasons, but we don't consider its potential downsides. Many people believe they need to post and engage online consistently to succeed. But this can become as stressful as constant hustling. And profiles with a high social status might advocate for this approach, which can lead you to follow them blindly without much thought. It's important to define what consistency means for you personally. Does it really mean posting and commenting a x amount of times as some suggest? Remember, everyone's circumstances are different, so the same approach won't work for all. Your form of consistency can be in how you present your ideas or structure your messages. The key is to be mindful and intentional in your actions, not automatic in your behavior. By doing so, your efforts to stay consistent will align with your personal goals.
